The Radical Repair Cream contains shea butter and coconut oil, both of which harden when cold. If you notice these hardened particles, nothing is wrong with your cream, and you will see that they dissolve when you begin to rub it in. If you prefer, you can rub it together in your hands before applying elsewhere. It is normal to find hardened particles of both of these ingredients in the cream if your product is stored in cool temperatures.
